Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any or all items to us for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging charges) within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you have returned an item for a refund, a member of our team will process the refund for you within 7 days.
Refunds may then take up to 7 days to re-appear back in your account.
We hold the right to refuse a refund if we feel that an item has been returned in a condition other than that it was sent.
Exchanges and Returns notes:
Please note that the item(s) are your, the customers, responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your parcel using a signed for delivery service or one that insures for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item is at your, the customers expense. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
There will be a shipping charge for your exchange to be dispatched.
All Returns must be arranged within 28 days of receiving the order. After this time we hold the right to refuse a refund / exchange.
We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders, however we can offer you a refund for your items if they are returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached.

You will need to return the item to get a refund or a replacement within 28 days of receiving your order. The product must be in it's original condition and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Amphibious Fit LTD will only pay for returns postage if the item is faulty/damaged on arrival or incorrect.
